We are looking for a sharp, analytical bookkeeper, to join our team and assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
If you join us, what will you do?
Assist in the preparation of PowerInbox’s financials, including, monthly P&L and quarterly reports.
Onboard and manage advertisers and publishers and support or operational teams.
Create and execute payment cycles to publishers and other vendors.
Manage outside Israeli bookkeepers.
Managing financial vendors (Bookkeeping, banks, payment platforms, etc.).
Manage the employee reimbursement process in the US and Israel.
Manage invoicing customers and AR aging.
Troubleshoot inbound issues from clients, sales and management.
Support the operational activity of the company (vendors, facility management, equipment, flights and more)
In order to be great at your job, you’ll need
1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping.
English proficiency, oral and written.
Attention to details.
Ability to actively drive problems to resolution.
This is extra, but if you have it, it will make us happy
Experience in working with the US.
Experience in working with NetSuite.
