The Surgimate Customer Success team is growing, and we are looking for the right person to fill the role of Customer Success Manager!

The Customer Success Team is responsible for building relationships, driving product adoption, and empowering clients to meet their goals. As experts of the Surgimate Practice™ platform we provide value as trusted advisors to our clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Build strong relationships with our clients while evaluating, analyzing and understanding their needs to ensure their success and retention with Surgimate
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the rest of the Surgimate team
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap
  • Manage all aspects of new accounts post implementation, including technical and workflow related solutions
  • Meet KPIs related to client outreach as defined by management
  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and product demos to educate customers on the features of our cloud solution
  • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure they are utilizing our product to its full potential
  • Navigate client organizations to identify additional product applications & possibilities for partnership
  • Be in tune with your accounts and recognize both risks and opportunities
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams on upsell and expansion opportunities

Your experience and skills:

  • 3-5 years customer success, account management or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes (at least 1+ year with B2B SaaS company)
  • Mother tongue English - MUST
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Experience working with the US Healthcare industry - advantage
  • Strong technical capabilities
  • Experience with Salesforce - advantage
