    I am a  resident and property owner on Mevo Modi'im (Moshav). I have building rights on my property and an option to purchase another unit in the expansion. I am interested in leveraging and  maximizing my children's and family's assets. In addition, a number of families have asked me to also assist them.

Requirements:

1) Knowledge in estate planning,

2) Expert in Israeli tax and real estate laws,

3) Financial background,

4) Experience and a proven track record.
