We work with a team of remote callers for the review capture part of our business. Your responsibility will be to liaise with the call center and work with them on increasing performance both overall and on an individual agent basis. The team is expected to increase in size dramatically in the near future, and you will be a big part of ensuring that scale-up goes smoothly.

  • Experience working in a call center in an ops capacity
  • Data analysis, reporting skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Call Script Writing and optimization
  • An analytical, data-driven mindset
  • Able to occasionally travel
  • Call/Telemarketing experience.
  • Salesloft / Outreach / Other SDR or Outbound calling platform experience.
  • Email Automation Experience.
  • Experience with Zapier or other automation tools.
  • QA experience.
  • Be an Excel wizard.
  • Be fun to work with!
