Job Description:
The position entails listening to recorded phone calls made by our sales team to ensure the calls are in compliance with the rules and regulations of the company and writing up detailed
reports.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Mother-tongue English.
* Proficient typist with high-level writing ability.
* Excellent listening skills with the ability to pay high attention to detail.
* Ability to remain focused and maintain a high level of productivity.
