Amazon Account Executive – Operations

A global, fast-growing beauty brand is looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Account Executive to join its Marketplace team. This is a hands-on operational role. You'll keep the brand's Amazon accounts running smoothly day to day.

What you'll do:

• Maintain the product catalog and product detail pages on Amazon
• Monitor stock levels and incoming purchase orders (POs)
• Handle invoices, chargebacks and shortage claims
• Open, follow up on and resolve cases with Amazon Support
• Track account health, sales and inventory reports, and flag issues
• Work with logistics, finance and marketing to keep listings and orders accurate

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace operations, ideally on Amazon
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
• Strong Excel skills
• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent English, written and spoken

Advantages:
