A well-established wig salon in Jerusalem is looking for a Client Account Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients, including answering phone calls and managing the appointment calendar.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and accompanying clients throughout the purchasing and service process until they are fully satisfied.
• Providing complete support and assistance to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Good computer skills
• Sales experience
• Knowledge of wigs
• Positive communication skills
• Presentable, organized, and responsible
• Fluent English and Hebrew

Working Hours:
Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
