Position: Recruiter

Hours: Sunday-Thursday 6 hours EST in our new office in Har Hotzvim

Compensation: Based on experience (7,000 minimum) plus room for growth

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in US-based recruiting
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven, diligent, and dedicated- able to juggle projects and deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across multiple departments to identify hiring needs
• Source job candidates through job postings across multiple channels
• Assess applicants' candidacy for open positions and conduct interviews
• Extend and negotiate offers with qualified job candidates
