"Procedures" people function best when they have clear steps how to do something. "Options" people thrive on having freedom and flexibility. Misunderstandings and conflicts are likely to arise when people with different ways of doing things try to work together. For example, people who have different Procedures try to perform a task together. Or, a Procedures person trying to work with an Options person.
