Marketing Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Bnei Brak, with an option for two workdays per week in Jerusalem

Chasdei Naomi, one of Israel’s leading nonprofit organizations supporting individuals and families in need through food, clothing, and essential assistance, is seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager to lead and expand our English-language marketing efforts.

We already operate strong marketing teams in other languages, and we are now looking for a professional who will focus exclusively on building, managing, and growing our presence in English.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement an effective, results-oriented English-language marketing strategy
• Lead the organization’s English digital presence: website content, social media, and online campaigns
• Produce high-quality English content, including visuals, videos, and storytelling materials
• Collaborate with existing marketing teams operating in other languages
• Work closely with internal departments and oversee external creative partners

Requirements

• Native English speaker – required
• Elementary Hebrew – required (for internal communication)
• Proven experience in marketing or digital marketing
• Experience with WordPress – advantage
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage projects independently
• Commitment to purpose-driven work and supporting vulnerable populations

• Main location: Bnei Brak
• Option to work two days a week from Jerusalem
