The Trebuchet Call Center is looking for experienced Lead Qualifiers. You will be calling individuals who have already expressed an interest in our client’s investment portfolio offerings, and, following a script, determining if they are suitable candidates for further client follow-up. This is NOT a cold-calling position.
You must have a friendly, assured telephone manner and be a “conversationalist”, not a “script reader”. You must be computer-literate, organized, and a mother-tongue English speaker with excellent communication skills. You must have a quiet work environment, a strong internet connection and a fully equipped home office, including a state-of-the-art Windows computer and accessories, including webcam.
You must be available to work a minimum of four hours per day, overlapping with US East Coast business hours, either Sunday or Monday through Thursday (four or five days per week).
