As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in guiding both corporate and individual clients through account setup, document verification, and compliance management. You will serve as the vital bridge between our clients, internal teams, and compliance leadership to ensure money moves safely and seamlessly.
What the day looks like
- Managing end-to-end setup and verification for individual and corporate accounts, as well as complex third-party banking arrangements.
- Handling ongoing maintenance and back-office operations to keep existing account records updated and running smoothly.
- Vigorously inspecting documentation and legal agreements to prevent risk, streamline account setup workflows, and build seamless onboarding procedures.
- Conducting due diligence and vetting specialized transactions—including real estate contracts and imports—in close collaboration with compliance leadership to maintain high AML standards.
- Partnering closely with Account Management, Sales, Operations, and Compliance to enforce setup rules, clear client bottlenecks, and train colleagues on account operations.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent communication skills in Hebrew and English (both written and spoken) – Required.
- Strong service orientation, high empathy, and relentless attention to detail – Required.
- Previous employment experience in corporate or private onboarding, banking operations, compliance, or fintech – Preferred.
- Understanding of AML/KYC processes and comfort reviewing legal or financial agreements - Preferred
- A proactive problem-solver who owns their work, collaborates seamlessly across teams, and maintains high standards under pressure.
- Location: Available for a full-time, in-office position in Lod.
