We are looking for incredible Customer Success Managers. You will be the key point of contact for brands. This role takes ownership of the relationship once the brand becomes a client and works closely with the Operations Teams to ensure the continued growth of the brand.


  • Develop strong relationships with brands and act as a trusted advisor to each client
  • Analyze and identify opportunities within existing businesses and for new business opportunities
  • Be the go-to resource for any questions regarding our platform and services and provide training as needed
  • Address and resolve any issues in a timely fashion both directly with clients and with internal teams
  • Work internally to provide feedback on our platform and service offering based on client feedback


  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success for SaaS companies
  • Sales/Retail experience
  • Knowledge in the US &/or EU retail & brand market
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Problem solver who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English – written and verbal (native speaker level)
  • Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
