*Itinerary Planner Position*
Travel Company seeking an Itinerary Planning -4 days a week in office in Ramat Eshkol, approx 9:30-3 pm, Rest is flexible hours- work from home- totalling 8 hours a day. 2 hours in the evenings to speak to clients in America.
Tasks include: Phone calls, understanding clients needs and preferences, creating itineraries, and booking and arranging their trip.
Qualifications:
Friendly with interpersonal skills
Great at logisticsCreative, problem solver
Must have WhatsApp and Google on phone
Proficiency in Excel and comfortable on the computer
Organized and reliable.
Experience in the trip planning/travel industry or/and similar logistics.
Musts:
Fluency in English and conversational Hebrew
Planning to stay in Israel long-term
Planning to be here for August
Planning to be in Israel for most Chagim
Looking for someone passionate, invested, and flexible with their hours.
Training is paid as a freelancer per hour and then move to salary employee of $3000 a month.
