Hiring: Office Manager
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, mature and proactive Office Manager to join our team and oversee daily office operations.
Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key responsibilities include:
- Office operations & client-facing reception
- Scheduling, CEO support, and team coordination
- Managing CRM, workflows, and internal processes
- Client onboarding, accounts receivable follow-up
- Supporting marketing efforts and office projects
Requirements:
- 3 years previous office/admin experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Native English, fluent Hebrew
