Hiring: Office Manager

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, mature and proactive Office Manager to join our team and oversee daily office operations.

Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key responsibilities include:

  • Office operations & client-facing reception
  • Scheduling, CEO support, and team coordination
  • Managing CRM, workflows, and internal processes
  • Client onboarding, accounts receivable follow-up
  • Supporting marketing efforts and office projects

Requirements:

  • 3 years previous office/admin experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Native English, fluent Hebrew
