I am an English-speaking Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I provide short-term therapy for people experiencing stress, anxiety &/or low mood. I use CBT to help my clients become more aware of the impact their thoughts, feelings & behaviours have on each other. I then help my clients to develop more helpful patterns of thinking & behaving which then has a positive impact on how they feel.
