About the role:

Rocket is looking for an Account Manager who will have a direct impact on the success of Rocket Delivery. Joining the Sales team, you will be solely responsible for onboarding and long-lasting relationships with our partners.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who will be sharing our values and benefits with potential partners, providing outstanding support and engagement to existing and prospects. Rocket is still a new business and remains a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone who is highly adaptable and is able to switch between long-term strategic initiatives one moment and pivot into rapid, tactical actions the next.

What you will do:

  • Full and constant communication with a restaurant representative (administrator, director) during cooperation;
  • Solution and assistance in accounting matters;
  • Settlement of complex/problem situations on orders;
  • Track changes in the menu in our application;
  • Coordination of promotional offers with restaurants;
  • Interaction with related departments.

What you will need:

  • Passion for the food scene in Israel

  • Native Hebrew speaker & advanced English
  • Startup (all-hands-on-deck) "I work hard because I love it" approach
  • A people person -- you love talking to people and getting them excited
  • Positive thinking & strong relationship builder
  • Work experience from 1 year upwards - focusing on retention rate and client development
  • Previous experience managing a high volume of diverse type of accounts (small, medium, and big) is a strong plus
  • A previous similar experience is a strong plus
