$5,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month if standard quotas are met.

We are looking for a passionate Solar Energy Consultant to join our growing solar energy company. We are nationwide (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan and the Dominican Republic) operating in the residential, commercial, industrial and utility grade solar energy industries. This is a hybrid sales position that can be done in person or remotely focusing on B2C residential solar energy solutions. As a Solar Energy Consultant, you will have the first contact with our customers, providing them with information about our products and the benefits of going solar. Your primary duties will include setting up quality leads and closing the deal. Other duties include analyzing the needs of the customer, calculating resources, and providing after-sales support.

To ensure success as a Solar Energy Consultant, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for solar energy, and a solid background in sales. Ultimately, a top-class Solar Energy Consultant builds a rapport with customers and is a team player to provide the client with tailor-made solar solutions.

Solar Energy Consultant Responsibilities:

Meeting with customers out at site locations.

Meeting with clients virtually.

Setting appointments and closing deals.

Gathering information to accurately identify the customer’s solar needs.

Completing and gathering all necessary paperwork for processing.

Providing after-sales service including courtesy calls and site visits.

Generating referral leads for new accounts.

Solar Energy Consultant Requirements:

6 months experience in sales.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and a friendly disposition.

Ability to relate technical information in layman’s terms.

Ability to travel and work irregular hours.

Basic knowledge of Office software.
