We are looking for you to join our active and dynamic operations team. Alomone Labs is an established and growing biotech company, engaged in the development, production and marketing of reagents for biomedical research. We provide antibodies, toxins, and peptides for research labs and institutes all over the world.
Work in a supportive and challenging environment in our Jerusalem office.
Job responsibilities include:
Handling orders and Customer Service (both abroad and within Israel)
• Processing orders and preparing them for delivery (small vials)
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding deliveries • Working with different interfaces in the company (CRM and ERP) • Work in computerized procurement systems abroad • Handling of export documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) • Working with shipping companies • Handling claims from customers (receipts, debits) Requirements: • Hebrew and English at mother tongue level (reading and writing) - mandatory • Willingness and ability to quickly learn diverse concepts • Desire for professional personal development in a technological environment • Excellent human relations and ability to work in a young and dynamic team • Ability to accept responsibility, organizational skills, accuracy, order, efficiency and diligence • Strong computer skills • Previous experience with PRIORITY software and/or CRM systems - an advantage • Previous experience in handling export orders - an advantage
