Customer Relations Agent

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer and broker calls.
• Assist with billing inquiries, payments, and account changes.
• Respond to customer emails and resolve account issues.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams.
• Escalate issues when appropriate while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and energy industry experience are a plus.

Details

• 📍 Location: In-office, Har Hotzvim (Jerusalem)
• 💲 Pay: $14 USD/hour (paid on an Israeli tlush)
• 🕔 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM (Israel Time)
