Office manager / personal assistant
Active real estate management company is seeking a candidate to join our team in our Har Chotzvim Real estate office. We are an established company in business over 10 years looking for an energetic multi-tasker, dedicated, proactive, and pleasant individual for a long term position. Must have some office environment experience, and good writing skills, must have working knowledge with MS word, excel google sheets..... Applicants must be an organized individual to help perform a variety of administrative tasks .
The ideal candidate must be eager to learn how to do things our way, possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to tenant relations with managed properties, collections, utilities, bookkeeping care for properties, keeping in contact with clients abroad, purchasing, sub-contractor scheduling, updating tenant files, marketing etc. Looking for the Right Person with experience in the office environment. Long term employment with a stable company.
Bi Lingual/Hebrew and English a must. Sunday -Thursday (option for part time) Job responsibilities will be based on your skills and ability to handle more duties.
