Yoga lessons in the heart of Jerusalem. Practicing yoga is a great opportunity to take proper care of our body, breath, mind. This is practice which focuses on such notions as strength, balance, flexibility, breathe, inner silence and honesty with ourselves. I adjust the practice to needs and interests of each practitioner. . I teach almost every day during the week and sometimes on the weekends, there are lessons open for everyone, lessons for pregnant women, and for mothers and babies.
