Our Corporate and Securities Department is looking for more legal talents to join the corporate/M&A team.
Requirements
• 2-7 years of experience in leading law firms in Israel. Time spent with a US or UK or Canadian law firm is a plus.
• Some experience working on M&A transactions, both private and public.
• Some experience working with startups/technology companies and/or investors (including VC and PE funds) into such companies.
• Some experience working on US capital markets transactions (such as SPACs, public offerings, etc.), a plus.
• Have to be able to work in English only
