Lead the organization's fundraising efforts end-to-end, Manage and mentor a professional team. Build, cultivate, and maintain relationships with donors in Israel and abroad, Manage ongoing communication with multiple donors simultaneously.
Proactively identify and develop new donor relationships, Conduct donor research and lead fundraising processes through successful gift closure.
Location: Jerusalem, Israel
Requirements:
-At least 5 years of experience in fundraising/resource development
-Proven track record in securing new donors and developing new funding opportunities
-Strong familiarity with American philanthropic culture and donor engagement practices
-Native-level English proficiency
-Hebrew proficiency- required
