The candidate must have 4–5 years of direct experience in social media strategy, performance marketing, political campaigns, or intelligence work, with a proven track record of running data-driven, multi-channel campaigns. They must be comfortable navigating TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, using metrics and rapid testing to optimize impact while managing networks of influencers and validators to amplify strategic messaging. The candidate must have the technical skills of a growth marketer, the strategic instincts of a civic campaign manager, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment where narratives shift rapidly and immediate action is required.
