  • Preparing payroll and ensuring social benefits are paid on time
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Point of Contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment and bills
  • Handle billing and accounting
  • Address employees administrative queries
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for General Manager


  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Familiar with office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Bookkeeping skills (a plus)
  • English and Hebrew Mother tongue level
  • Will require work in Jerusalem office once or twice a month
