American Yeshiva in Mevaseret Zion is looking to hire an administrative assistant who will be responsible of a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Alumni association and PR
- Manage our Yeshiva database as well as website design and upkeep
- Recruiting logistics
- Work with MS Office as well as other bilingual programs.
- Fundraising and campaign management
- Parent and teacher communications
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent team working skills
- Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, Google Docs
- Bi-lingual – Hebrew/English
Administrative/office work experience preferable.
