Convergence is looking for a talented individual to join the Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for recruitment, including sourcing, posting, and advertising available positions; and receiving and sorting through incoming candidates. They will assist in other areas of the HR department such as employee development initiatives and employee interface.
The successful candidate will be be skilled with social and other advertising media, have strong written and verbal communication skills, work well with people, be organized, committed, and a fast learner.
This is a hybrid position that can include a combination of in-office and remote work. Hours are Sunday-Thursday 15-20 hours/week. Compensation is based on experience.
