Boot Camp Israel is a fun and exciting program that is designed to get you fit, burn fat, get toned and motivate you to stay this way forever.
We will take you through a 4 week program of high-intensity interval training, cardio, body toning and yoga, and will be with you every step of the way.
How do we do it?We start by agreeing that we are a team and set goals that we will achieve together!! Then we make a plan that is realistic and challenging and achievable! After that, the hard work begins: we get started! We'll help you eat nutritious meals, exercise effectively, and get into the best shape of your life!
In addition to your goals, all the fitness classes will aim to improve your fitness, help you gain confidence, burn fat, sculpt your body and increase strength.
