IT Compliance Manager
Work from home (office in Jerusalem)
We are seeking a compliance expert with 5 – 8 years of experience and deep knowledge of the technology sector with a high level of both spoken and written English.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and support the IT compliance, audit, risk assessment and controls testing processes, and act as the subject matter expert.
· Lead the development, implementation, and testing of IT software, including the creation of a working system to verify that control of user access is in place, with annual internal testing.
· Work with the CISO to plan and prepare IT vendor and strategic client/partner diligence programs.
· Coordinate internal and external IT audits, including Financial Statement and SOX audits.
· Create and authentic valid user access according to their responsibilities.
· Oversee creation of IT documentation as well as preparing SOX 404 reporting in compliance with SOX and audit regulations.
· Implement annual SOX test exercise to reveal any changes in the IT environment and provide updates on identified issues.
· Collaborate with management to identify and improve IT compliance and audit issues.
· Stay up to date on current FFIEC and SOX compliance regulations and ensure best practices are implemented.
· Work closely with the team in the US (East Coast).
Requirements:
· 5-8 years of experience in IT compliance in banking / fintech / finance field.
· Experience auditing IT processes, applications, and infrastructure (servers, databases, data centers, firewalls, etc.).
· Able to work regular US hours to collaborate with American team members on the East Coast.
· Very high level of English (both written and spoken).
· Certified Information Systems Auditor or Manager (CISA, CISSP or CISM) certification.
· Bonus points if you have experience working with or for an external audit firm
