We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Account Manager to support relationships with partners, donors, and program stakeholders. The Account Manager will play an important role in maintaining communications, coordinating activities, and ensuring strong engagement with the organization’s network of supporters and collaborators.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with organizational partners, donors, and program participants
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and stakeholders
Coordinate communications, updates, and follow-up with partners and supporters
Assist with program coordination, event planning, and delegation logistics when required
Track engagement and maintain accurate records in internal databases or CRM systems
Prepare reports, summaries, and communications for leadership
Support fundraising and partnership initiatives as needed
Ensure a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (First degree) required
Native-level English fluency required (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with nonprofit organizations, partnerships, or client management is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
