Senior International Logistics & Trade Consultant (Freelance)

We are looking for an experienced logistics professional to support us as an independent consultant.

This is not a legal role. We are looking for a senior expert with previous management experience in a freight forwarding / logistics, ideally with exposure to US import operations. Experience in the Israeli logistics ecosystem is a strong plus.

What you’ll do:

• Review and improve our contracts and working model with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Help structure approvals, authority limits (POA, bonds), and escalation processes
• Support resolution of customs- and logistics-related issues
• Act as a senior advisor on international logistics and trade matters

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years in international logistics / freight forwarding
• Prior leadership or management role in a logistics company in Israel
• Hands-on experience with US customs, brokers, duties, and tariffs
• Strong business mindset and practical, solution-oriented approach
• Fluent English (Hebrew is a plus)

Engagement:

• Freelance / independent consultant
• Initial project, followed by ongoing advisory support (hourly or retainer)
