Head of Product - CRM
- Director
- Full-time
- Israel: Tel Aviv or Jerusalem
About The Position
Fullpath by Cox Automotive is a fast growing tech company in the automotive space with hubs across the US and Israel. We are disrupting the multi-trillion dollar transportation industry with our advanced Customer Data Platform (CDP) . Our work happens in the fast lane as we bring AI-powered, data-driven solutions to a quickly evolving industry.
Our team at Fullpath is made up of curious and creative individuals who are always looking to achieve the impossible. We are bold, collaborative, and goal driven, and, at our core, we believe every voice has value and can impact our bottom line.
If you are a creative, solutions oriented individual who is ready to put your career in drive, Fullpath is the place for you!
We are looking for a Head of Product, where you will be the "CEO" of Fullpath's CRM business unit - one of the most strategically critical and newest additions to our product portfolio. You will have full end-to-end ownership of the domain's strategy, product roadmap, and engineering execution, leading an integrated team of Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Developers. The CRM domain sits at the heart of how automotive dealerships manage their customer relationships and sales pipeline. It is a technically complex, data-intensive product: a per-dealer, multi-tenant system deeply integrated with dealership back-office systems and third-party data sources, with a rapidly growing AI and agentic layer. Your mission is to make this domain a category-defining product.
Your goal is to drive meaningful business outcomes by leading both product strategy and execution, breaking down the wall between product and engineering, and ensuring the team stays aligned, focused, and moving fast toward impact.
This role will be based out of Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv and report to the VP of Product & Development
What you will be responsible for
- Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and long-term strategy for the CRM domain in alignment with the company's overall goals - including its evolving AI roadmap.
- Product-Engineering Integration: Lead an integrated organization of product managers and engineers. Foster a culture where "the business outcome is the mission," and technical excellence serves business value.
- End-to-End Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of your domain - from discovery and ideation to architecture, development, and production.
- Business Impact: Define, track, and be accountable for the domain's KPIs (revenue, retention, dealer engagement, churn).
- People Management: Manage, mentor and grow high-performing Product and Engineering managers. Build a culture that prioritizes ownership and accountability.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize team methodologies to sustain high delivery velocity without accumulating technical debt.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in the tech industry, with at least 4–5 years in a senior product or engineering leadership role (Senior Director or equivalent).
- Dual Management Expertise: Proven track record managing both Product and Engineering teams.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business drivers. You don't just ship features - you build business units.
- Technical Depth: Comfortable challenging architectural decisions, navigating trade-offs between delivery speed, scalability, and maintainability. Experience with data-intensive, integration-heavy products is a strong advantage.
- Organizational Navigation: Able to influence stakeholders at all levels, drive high-level decisions, and roll up your sleeves when delivery requires it.
- Multidisciplinary Leadership: An experienced leader of leaders - capable of aligning engineers, PMs, and cross-functional partners under a shared vision, and building autonomous, high-performing teams.
- Execution Mindset: You move fast, navigate ambiguity, and get things done in a dynamic startup environment.
- Proven B2B SaaS Startup Experience: Meaningful experience building and scaling products with real production customers.
- AI-First: Highly experienced using AI tools across your daily workflow - from research and ideation to prototyping, analysis, and coding. Prior experience building agentic or LLM-powered systems is a strong advantage.
Why you should join us
This is not a traditional siloed role. You will have full autonomy to shape the CRM domain's destiny - owning both the product strategy and the engineering resources to build it. You will operate with the accountability of a business owner, reporting directly to the VP of Product & Engineering.
The CRM domain is entering a pivotal phase: deep third-party integrations, an expanding AI and agentic layer, and a product vision that goes well beyond task management toward intelligent, proactive dealer relationship tools. If you want to own something that matters -technically, commercially, and for the automotive industry - this is it.
And of course, we also have:
- An awesome global team of forward-thinking, innovative go-getters
- Learning and growth opportunities within a fast-paced AI-first environment, now backed by Cox Automotive
- Clear career advancement path for strong performers
- As a part of our team, your success in this role is crucial to our company’s growth. We are committed to supporting you in achieving your KPIs and goals and providing regular feedback to help you reach your full potential. Together, we can make a real impact and achieve great things!
