EaseTech is looking for a freelance B2B Sales Hunter / Business Developer in Israel.
We are a small senior software team building technical solutions for businesses and agencies, including:
• AI automations
• WhatsApp / CRM workflows
• Lead management systems
• Internal dashboards
• Business tools
• Web and mobile apps
• Custom integrations
The first mission:
Open partnerships with marketing agencies, PPC agencies, lead-generation agencies, CRM consultants, and business consultants in Israel.
The model:
• The agency keeps the client relationship
• EaseTech delivers the technical work behind the scenes
• The agency earns margin or commission
• You help open the door, qualify the opportunity, follow up, and help close the deal
We are targeting projects in the range of 10,000–50,000 NIS, plus possible monthly retainers.
Responsibilities:
• Find and contact agency owners / business consultants
• Call, WhatsApp, email, and follow up
• Book partnership calls
• Understand if the agency has clients with technical needs
• Help move real opportunities toward a paid project
• Keep a simple pipeline updated
Requirements:
• Experience selling B2B services
• Comfortable with phone calls and follow-ups
• Strong Hebrew required
• English is a plus
• Able to sell to business owners, agencies, consultants, or SMBs
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation
• Able to create opportunities, not just wait for ready leads
Not suitable for:
• Someone who only sends LinkedIn messages
• Someone who refuses phone calls
• Someone who expects a full salary before proving results
• Lead-generation-only people who cannot help close
Compensation:
Commission-only:
• 20% commission from collected setup/project revenue
• 8% recurring commission from monthly retainers for 12 months
Trial period:
The first stage is a 14-day trial.
Trial goal:
• Contact 50 relevant agencies/consultants
• Book qualified partnership calls
• Find agencies with real client technical needs
• Create at least one real project opportunity
