Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist

CITYBOOK SERVICES is seeking:

Commercial Lines Team Leader for a NJ-based Property & Casualty Insurance Agency

Scope: Setting up andmanaging a team of remote staff in Israel, providing support to the US operation.

Roles:

·Responsibility to build, train, manage and motivate the team.

·Seamless collaboration with the US team to improve results through process enhancements and better use of automation.

·Direct and indirect customer contact through phone and email.

Qualifications for ideal candidate:

·5+ years of experience with Property & Casualty products in general and specifically:

oProperty, General liability, Workers compensation, Commercial, Auto, Umbrella, Ocean Marine, Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability

oInsurance experience in the Real Estate & Construction industries – a PLUS

oExperience with Agency Management Systems AMS360, Applied, etc. – a PLUS

·Highly organized and able to prioritize

·Possesses meticulous attention to detail

·Provides a phenomenal customer experience

·Proficient in Outlook, Word & Excel, the Web and technology in general

·Proven experience in a leadership, management or mentoring role

·Ability to delegate, distribute work and get results in a fast paced environment

·Possesses strong verbal and written communications skills.

·Ability to travel to the US for training and collaboration as needed

Hours:  Full-time job. Possibly US hours. Exact hours TBD.
