Recruiter - Remote (within Israel)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle.

• Communicate directly with clients and handle all related coordination
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: posting, screening, scheduling, and submitting candidates
• Conduct phone interviews and assist with offer negotiations
• Use platforms like WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and job boards to source candidates

Qualifications:

• Strong written and phone communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS, spreadsheets, email platforms, communication tools, and AI to support recruiting workflows
• Driven, highly motivated, and able to get things done independently
• Resourceful, proactive, and quick-thinking
• Comfortable using social media for outreach
• Prior recruiting experience required

Remote (within Israel)

25–30 hours/week with 2 evening hours daily to overlap with U.S. time.
