What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Technical Documentation Team Lead that can drive the long term content strategy and also execute projects that support this strategy. This role entails taking ownership of content management while also selecting and managing the tools that support the generation and publication of all product and technical documentation. A critical part of owning this role will include building strong relationships with stakeholders across the US and Israel in order to understand their needs, and then delivering the tools and processes that help us deliver world-class content to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have managed a documentation team for an enterprise level company and will be passionate about implementing AI/developer tools to expand the capacity of the team and company.
Responsibilities:
- Set the strategy for content management and developer tools
- Identify, procure, implement and maintain 3rd party tools to support the writing and publishing of customer-facing and internal business and technical documentation
- Provide developer tools, blogs and online communities to customers that help speed up integration with our APIs
- Interact with product, sales, marketing, support and customers in the US to:
- Align content with public website
- Align content and tools to sales and product goals, and also help our customers launch financial products quickly and easily
- Understand customer and developer needs, and improve satisfaction by delivering the content and tools discussed above
- Establish and maintain tools and processes for gathering, measuring and acting on customer and developer feedback
- Lead a team of technical writers
Requirements
- Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment - Must
- 7 years of experience managing a team - Must
- 3-5 years managing technical products and/or content; understanding of developer tools (GitHub, SDKs, sample apps, postman collections, etc.) - Must
- Must be willing to collaborate with US team 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs) from 9am-4pm Eastern Standard Time (US) - Must
- Must work in-person in Jerusalem office a minimum of 2 days/week - Must

- Previous experience with financial products and services
- Previous experience implementing AI solutions
