Position: Sourcing Specialist
Location: REMOTE
Requirements:
đź’ˇ2+ years similar experience from a tech company
đź’ˇDeep understanding of the tech landscape
đź’ˇExpert level knowledge in sourcing methodologies using cutting-edge sourcing techniques with proven skills in sourcing passive technology professionals and proven skills in developing candidate pipelines (knowledge of Boolean searches, Linkedin Recruiter, X-ray, etc)
đź’ˇExperience creating content (blogs, emails, videos, job ads, social media ads)
đź’ˇExperience with Canva/Crello/Gifs to make graphics for job posts, with a great eye for design
đź’ˇExcellent communication, negotiation and writing skills
đź’ˇCommand of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
đź’ˇFluent English and strong conversational Hebrew
