We’re hiring for a key leadership/administrative role that combines vision, heart, and action 💫
📍 Location: Gush Etzion (🏡 simple housing in Bat Ayin available for women)
⏰ Part-time (25 hrs/week) with the possibility of growing into a full-time (40 hrs/week) position after a 3-month trial
🔎 We're looking for a woman or a married man who is…
✔️ Committed to Torah and inspired by outreach
✔️ Organized and detail-oriented, yet visionary 👁️🗨️
✔️ A natural leader who can direct staff and move things forward 👩💼👨💼
✔️ Independent, motivated, and also able to follow direction
✔️ Connected in the outreach world 🌐
✔️ Between the ages of 30–45 🎯
✔️ In Gush Etzion or willing to relocate
✔️ Deeply connected to the Land of Israel 🇮🇱

🌱 Love gardening
🌐 Know WordPress or web updating
🗣️ Are fluent in Hebrew and English
