We're looking for an Email Marketer to join our Growth Marketing team. This role is responsible for driving revenue from email.
Requirements
Experience in email marketing, eCommerce background preferred (we are not eCommerce, but share many similarities)
Experience in managing a list of at least 100k, with complex logic.
Excellent communication and data presentation/visualization skills
Can manage a complex implementation of required tools.
KPI-oriented - You will be responsible for coming up with your direction and ideas to hit your revenue targets.
Strong data analysis skills
Must love numbers
Critical-thinker and problem-solver. You will often be faced with challenges where you will not be told what to do or how to do it, yet be expected to identify the problem, come up with your solution, and test the results.
High level of English - you will be involved in the creation of copy that is optimized for conversion.
Design capable - this is not a graphic design position, but you should understand the basics of design theory and wireframing.
Able to research: customers’ life cycle and how they interact with the brand to build efficient automatic email campaigns,
Hands-on experience with segments' retargeting and user retention communication strategy
Able to suggest and implement new ways to grow the list of subscribed users
Experience and Certifications:
3+ years in a dedicated email marketing role
Significant experience with the leading email automation tools for dynamic and programmatic email marketing (e.g., customer.io)
Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
Proven past results with a revenue-based KPI.
We’re not an eCommerce site, but an eCommerce experience would be very relevant.
