Classic Diamond House is a New York City–based fine jewelry company specializing in luxury diamond pieces and custom designs. As we expand our online presence, we’re seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to help manage our e-commerce operations, marketing, and customer engagement.
We are looking for an E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist to help grow our online sales and manage day-to-day e-commerce activities. This is a commission-based position with high earning potential for someone who can drive growth and deliver results.
You will handle product listings, email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer communication to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, etc.)
Create and maintain professional, SEO-optimized product listings
Manage customer inquiries, messages, and after-sale communication
Handle email marketing campaigns and promotional blasts
Develop and run social media marketing and ad campaigns
Track analytics, conversions, and performance metrics
Collaborate with management on creative strategies to increase sales
Experience in e-commerce management and online sales
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with email marketing tools and social media platforms
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
