About Us: The Karov Eilecha Institute, founded by Rabbi Meir Piekarski, is dedicated to the mission of "learning how to learn" and "learning how to teach" within Gemara learning. As our institute grows and our educational reach expands, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team to help share our mission and seamlessly welcome new students into our programs.

Position: Customer Service and Registration Representative Employment Type: Part-time / Freelance (Flexible, based on call volume and enrollment periods) Location: Remote

Role Overview: We are seeking a warm, organized, and communicative individual to serve as the primary point of contact for the public. In this administrative role, you will handle inbound communications, answer questions about our unique methodology, and facilitate the onboarding and registration process for new students looking to join our courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer general phone calls and serve as a welcoming first impression for the institute.
  • Respond to baseline inquiries regarding the institute's programs, mission, and course offerings.
  • Manage the end-to-end registration process over the phone for callers looking to enroll in courses.
  • Maintain accurate, organized registration records for all incoming students.
  • Ensure newly registered students promptly receive their necessary introductory materials and course information.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Yeshiva world and Gemara learning, enabling you to relate to callers and accurately represent the institute's mission.
  • Excellent and professional phone etiquette with a patient, helpful demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail for managing registration data.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to easily explain program details.
  • Basic computer proficiency for logging registrations and sending out digital introductory materials.
