Customer Service Representative

Roga Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to contact patients on behalf of a healthcare organization and determine their eligibility for a community program.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact patients by phone
  • Explain the program and gather eligibility information
  • Document call outcomes accurately
  • Meet daily productivity goals

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Computer skills
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Conditions: 

  • 4PM-12AM
  • In-person at our office in Har Hotzvim
