Job Summary
The Warehouse Inventory Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient product flow, and supporting logistics and packaging operations. The specialist will manage incoming and outgoing goods, oversee stock levels, organize warehouse space, and coordinate shipments to customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Track and update inventory levels across systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Record and report inventory data via Google Sheets and internal apps.
- Issue (deduct) products and packages from stock accurately.
Receiving and Processing Goods
- Receive shipments, verify quantities, and record data.
- Organize items by category and location for optimal access.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in data entry and labeling.
Shipping and Returns
- Prepare items for shipment, including packing, labeling, and palletizing.
- Enter shipment data into Priority and Google Reshipment systems.
- Ensure pallets are secure and compliant before dispatch.
- Process and document returns or damaged goods.
Warehouse Organization
- Maintain order and cleanliness across all storage areas.
- Set up and manage packing lines for special product categories (Mini Box, Joker, alcohol-free boxes).
- Support colleagues with packing line preparation and equipment setup.
- Optimize warehouse space for efficient operations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, inventory management apps, and ERP systems (Priority).
- Ability to handle physical tasks safely (lifting, organizing).
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
- Hebrew (C1+) language required; English (B1+) language is a plus.
