Helpdesk Engineer - 766777
Established Jerusalem company is searching for an experienced engineer or helpdesk specialist to join our Inside Support team. Our team provides support to field engineers and remote support to customers with workstations, servers, and networking. The candidate will be handling calls and emails from clients, helping create and resolve service requests, triaging support cases to colleagues and assisting field engineers remotely when needed.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with clients remotely without following a script
- Ability to manage time and prioritize
- Experience with RMM systems and monitoring systems - advantage
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows Server 2008 & 2012
- Good knowledge of Windows 7 & 8.1
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other office software
- Experience with Remote Support
- Strong Diagnostic Abilities
- Service Oriented Personality
- Fluent English and Hebrew, full command in written as well as spoken English
- University Degree - advantage
