Located in the brand-new Azrieli Office building in Modiin, right next to Azrieli Mall and just steps from the train station!

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate assigned operational tasks from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams professionally and clearly, both in writing and verbally
  • Follow procedures and protocols meticulously, ensuring timeliness and punctuality
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive, solution-oriented work environment

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent English – written and verbal communication
  • Availability to work Sunday–Thursday, 40 hours per week. Hybrid- 2 days WFH, 3 Days in the office (9am-5pm)
