About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Business & Financial Operations Manager to join our team and help drive the foundational systems that keep our company running. You’ll take ownership of critical business functions including investor management, equity tracking, financial operations, contracts, and compliance workflows. This is a high-trust, high-impact role with room to grow for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain cap tables, share issuances, and equity-related documentation
Serve as point-of-contact for investors and ensure timely, professional communication
Oversee contract lifecycle management, including reviewing, tracking, and filing key legal documents
Support financial processes such as budgeting, reporting, and internal audits
Liaise with legal, accounting, and regulatory partners as needed
Implement and improve operational systems and administrative processes
Support executive team with ad hoc projects involving business and finance ops
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in business operations, finance, legal operations, or a related role
Familiarity with startup equity structures, cap tables, and investor communications
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and document management skills
Professional fluency in English; Hebrew is a plus
Experience working with legal or financial documents preferred
Self-starter with excellent judgment and discretion
Comfort with remote tools and cross-functional collaboration

Background in legal, accounting, or financial compliance
