A small and family-run 3D printing business (3 employees) in Holon is looking for a responsible and service-oriented Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer calls and providing service

  • Coordinating orders, deliveries, and basic logistics

  • Working with suppliers and customers

  • General office management and administrative support

  • Basic handling of invoices, documents, and records

Requirements:

  • Basic computer and Office skills

  • High level of organization and responsibility

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to learn new systems and tasks

  • Full-time availability, Sunday–Thursday
