A small and family-run 3D printing business (3 employees) in Holon is looking for a responsible and service-oriented Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Answering customer calls and providing service
Coordinating orders, deliveries, and basic logistics
Working with suppliers and customers
General office management and administrative support
Basic handling of invoices, documents, and records
Requirements:
Basic computer and Office skills
High level of organization and responsibility
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn new systems and tasks
Full-time availability, Sunday–Thursday
