● Inventory management of the fastest selling products via Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
● Created and managed a complex Excel spreadsheet I made of all Add-on products(over 300), using custom VBA scripts and VLOOKUP to automatically update the spreadsheet based on daily inventory and sales reports, this allowed for easy inventory management, as buying patterns changed over time it was reflected in the document, allowing to effectively prioritize allocating more physical and digital(in Navision) sale space to fast selling products, this resulted in an approx. 30% reduction in out of stock add-on products.
● Promoted the idea and set up a task-based workstyle via Asana. Managed Asana projects to ensure smooth operation.
● As an analyst in the Inventory Control department I automated many inventory control reports using excel VBA, cutting work time in half.
● Generated insights based on such reports to suggest changes in supply orders and inventory stock management, to account for changes in buying trends due to holidays and store-wide sales, discounts to ensure as many products as possible are always in stock.
