Yashar LaChayal, a Non-profit dedicated to helping our Chayalim is looking for a full time, well-organized Office Manager to perform a variety of in-office administrative, coordination and logistical services in support of our non-profit organization. Small office based in Jerusalem.

Under the direction of the Executive Director:

  • manages administrative aspects of a small non-profit’s operations including: projects, bureaucracy, etc.
  • Office Administration
  • Well organized
  • Donation entry and receipting
  • maintains current campaigns
  • Good knowledge of social media- FB, Instagram, Constant Contact
  • maintains continuing donor relationships
  • maintains existing grants

Requirements:

  • Experience in small non-profit organization a plus
  • Work independently, but take direction
  • Time management- able to juggle multiple projects and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and CRM Software (Salesforce,DonorPerfect,etc.)
  • Mother tongue English
  • Good English writing skills
  • Hebrew fluency
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Familiarity and comfort with Microsoft Office and any non-profit CRM software (Salesforce, Donorperfect…)
  • Familiarity with social media, SEO, etc.
